Windows support is telling me its something on saiteks end. I haven't been able to use this keyboard for 6 months. I tried this and did not find either 'Saitek Cyborg or USB' 'Input device / HID compliant device'. This should install windows default drivers and your keyboard should spring into life, I'm typing this on mine :)
